Who we are

This website is operated by Shenqiu County Xiarui Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. (Chinese registered name: 沈丘县霞睿进出口贸易有限公司), registered at Zhengzhou High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China, China. Business registration number: shown on our business licence. A copy of the licence is provided with every quotation and on request.

What we collect

Enquiry data — name, company, country, email address, telephone or messaging contact, and the content of your enquiry (application, grade, quantity, destination).
Business correspondence — emails, quotations, orders and documents exchanged with you.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, referring page and pages viewed, collected by our hosting and analytics tools.

We do not collect payment card data through this website, and we do not ask for personal data that is not needed to answer a business enquiry.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you order, to perform the contract (contract and pre-contract steps).
To keep business records required by accounting, tax and customs law (legal obligation).
To maintain the security and performance of this website (legitimate interest).
To send you information about our products, only where you have asked for it or where it relates to an existing business relationship (legitimate interest or consent).

Who we share it with

Our own sales, logistics and finance staff.
Service providers who act on our instructions: website hosting, email, freight forwarders, customs brokers, banks and, where you ask for one, third-party inspection companies.
Public authorities, where required by law or by customs and export control procedures.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry data for advertising networks.

International transfer

We are established in China and our enquiries come from buyers in many countries. Data you send us is therefore processed in China. Where you are in the EEA or UK, the transfer is made so that your enquiry can be answered and, if you order, so that the contract can be performed. We have not appointed an EU representative. Where a transfer to a processor requires standard contractual clauses, we put them in place before the transfer.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 24 months.
Order, shipping and invoice records: for the period required by Chinese accounting and tax law, normally 10 years.
Technical and cookie data: per the retention period of the tool used.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function (for example to remember form input and to protect forms against automated submission) and, where enabled, cookies that measure site traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; necessary cookies are required for the enquiry form to work.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict processing, and to receive it in a portable form. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to sales@zeolitemolecularsieve.com. We answer within one month.

Security

We limit access to enquiry data to staff who need it, keep it on access-controlled systems, and use encrypted connections on this site. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data sent over the internet.

We may update this policy. The current version and its date are always shown at the top of this page.
