Request a Sample
Before a first order, most buyers want the product in their hand — to check the bead size, run it on their own rig, or send it to their own laboratory. We supply samples from the same production line as bulk orders, not a separate laboratory batch.
Sample quantity
Typically 0.5–1 kg per grade and bead size — enough for a bench test or a third-party check.
Cost
Samples are charged at cost with freight collect. The sample cost is credited against the first order.
Lead time
Dispatched within a few working days for stocked grades; stated in the sample quote.
Documents
A copy of the certificate of analysis for the sample batch and the TDS for the grade.
What to tell us so the sample is the right one
- Grade — 3A, 4A, 5A, 13X, 13X APG, Li-LSX or carbon molecular sieve. If unsure, see the grade comparison.
- Bead size — for example 1.6–2.5 mm, 3–5 mm, or powder.
- What you will test — adsorption capacity, crush strength, attrition, or a rig run.
- Delivery address and contact — samples go by courier, so a street address and a phone number are needed.
Samples are sealed in moisture-barrier packs with a desiccant indicator. Open them only when you are ready to test — an opened pack starts adsorbing room humidity immediately.
