We are a molecular sieve manufacturer. We produce zeolite molecular sieve (3A, 4A, 5A, 13X, 13X APG, Li-LSX) and carbon molecular sieve at our own plant in Zhengzhou, Henan — 6,000 tonnes a year — and ship in bulk to industrial buyers worldwide: gas processors, oxygen and nitrogen plant builders, insulating glass producers, refrigerant and solvent producers, and chemical distributors.

3A Molecular Sieve
Potassium form of type A, 3 Å. Insulating glass, refrigerants, ethylene and propylene drying.
4A Molecular Sieve
Sodium form of type A, 4 Å. General drying of air, gases, solvents and packaged goods.
5A Molecular Sieve
Calcium form of type A, 5 Å. Normal/isoparaffin separation, PSA hydrogen, CO2 removal.
13X APG Molecular Sieve
X-type grade for air separation units: water and CO2 removed together ahead of the cold box.
Li-LSX Molecular Sieve
Lithium-exchanged low-silica X. High nitrogen capacity for VPSA and PSA oxygen plants.
Carbon Molecular Sieve
Microporous carbon that separates oxygen and nitrogen by adsorption rate, for PSA nitrogen generators.

Our plant and our testing
How molecular sieve is made
Hydrothermal synthesis, ion exchange to set the pore opening, forming into beads or pellets, calcination, screening and sealed packing — because activated sieve takes moisture from ambient air within hours.
Quality control and documentation
Adsorption capacity, crushing strength, attrition, size distribution, bulk density and loss on ignition are tested on every released lot, with samples retained for 12 months.

Frequently asked questions
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are the manufacturer. We develop, produce and sell our own molecular sieve at our plant in Zhengzhou, Henan, with an annual capacity of 6,000 tonnes. Buyers are welcome to audit the plant in person or by video, and to appoint a third-party inspector for pre-shipment checks.
Which grades do you manufacture?
3A, 4A, 5A, 13X, 13X APG and Li-LSX zeolite molecular sieve, plus carbon molecular sieve for PSA nitrogen generation — seven grades in total.
What is your production capacity?
6,000 tonnes of molecular sieve per year, across dedicated zeolite and carbon molecular sieve production lines. Contract customers can reserve production slots in advance.
Can you supply the same specification on every order?
Yes for repeat orders. We keep the production record of every lot, so a reorder is made to the specification you last accepted and checked against the previous COA before shipment.
Do you provide REACH documentation for the European market?
We supply SDS, TDS, COA, packing list and certificate of origin with every order, and a REACH status statement on request. Tell us the tonnage band you import and we will issue it for your file.
Can you put our brand on the bags?
Yes. Distributors can order private-label bags and documentation issued in their own name, subject to quantity. Tell us the quantity you need and we will confirm the minimum.
What do you need to quote?
Grade, quantity, packing, destination port, and — if the grade is not fixed — the stream composition, pressure, temperature and cycle time. We answer within one working day.
